I’m not one for New Year’s Resolutions, but I’m always trying to improve myself. I’ve been trying to find the motivation to write regular blog posts for 2+ years now without much luck. This year I am going to try doing something new, building a new project every month as a motivation to blog about them!
I’ve always found projects to be a way to decompress. To explore and be creative. I’ve never had much success or found much enjoyment from traditional artistic pursuits, like painting, crafts, or making music. Projects are where i’ve always found my creative outlet to be.
The idea of a “project” is going to have a very loose definition. It’s whatever I am feeling excited about that month in whatever form it might take. Exploring what i’m excited and curious about - but making sure whatever I build it’s maintainable.
